Moral Meter: Ranking Incidents with AI
AINextJS

Ever wondered how bad an incident really is? What if there was a Moral Meter that could analyze events, rank their ethical severity, and give them a score from 0 to 100? Well, now there is!

Introducing Moral Meter, a fun and engaging way to:

βœ… Submit incidents and let AI analyze their moral weight.

βœ… Get a witty moral judgement & impact assessment from AI.

βœ… Track incident leaderboard to see what's on the top.

And yes, this is all running on free-tier services because, well, we love efficiency. 😎

⚠️ Disclaimer: This is purely for fun! No real-world ethics committee was involved. πŸ˜‰

The Idea Behind Moral Meter

The world is full of questionable decisions – from petty office politics to "borrowing" your roommate’s snacks without asking. But how do we rank these actions objectively?

I wanted to create a lightweight, AI-powered moral analysis tool that’s both useful and hilarious.

The result? Moral Meter, an AI-driven platform that analyzes the morality of any event and assigns it a score – with a touch of wit.

The Tech Behind It

  • Next.js (App Router, Server Actions) – for a modern, efficient web app.
  • Groq AI – to analyze incidents and generate witty moral judgements.
  • PostgreSQL – to store incidents and analysis.

Everything runs on free-tier services while remaining scalable & efficient.

How It Works

Submit an incident – Describe what happened.

AI analyzes it – Generates a moral score, witty judgment, and impact assessment.

Leaderboards update – The most morally questionable incidents rise to the top.
